Rapid DCS welcomes Kevin O’Grady to the Team
We are delighted to welcome Kevin O’Grady to the Rapid Team. Kevin’s initial role will be to chair our new Whole Life Cost & Carbon Advisory Group.
A gathering of industry experts brought together to steer the scope and design of our Sterling Lifecycle Cost and Carbon module which will be launched in 2023. His wide knowledge and experience gained from his long professional career will be invaluable to the team on many aspects of Sterling and on Rapid’s broader business offering.

Kevin has over 33 years of experience in cost, commercial and project controls integration across both portfolios and individual projects, with a proven track record of providing solutions that deliver successful built environment projects of all types and stages.
Kevin O’Grady said “For more than twenty years I have advised client’s on their short and long-term cost-benefit models and I see Life Cycle Carbon rapidly becoming a key success metric. I am excited to be joining Rapid-DCS where I know we have the tools, technology, data, passion and knowhow to help clients’ make the right long term sustainable investment decisions. Kevin’s experience covers both pre and post contract stages in the infrastructure sector in the UK, Europe, Africa, Singapore, Australia, America, and Canada. His experience includes Contracts and procurement reviews: Due diligence: Benchmarking and life cycle cost advice. His current focus is on data integration, life cycle analysis and performance on major, nationally significant, Infrastructure projects. He is specialising in digital estimation, parametric assemblies and the calculation of building performance which allow high value impact, data driven, life cycle design decisions making.
